Revocation Instruction for Contracts Concluded Outside Business Premises and for Distance Contracts

Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached sample revocation form, which is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the sample revocation form or another clear statement on our website [https://derma-sleep.com/en/policies/refund-policy]. If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g., by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such revocation. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the revocation period expires.

Consequences of Revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your revocation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
