Shipping Information How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany is free of charge. For shipping to Switzerland or Austria, a shipping fee of 10€ per order applies.

How long does shipping take?

We make every effort to ensure that your dermasleep pillowcase arrives as quickly as possible. Upon shipping your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number for tracking.

The typical shipping duration with the courier is 2-3 days; in most cases, the package arrives the day after shipping. Packages are delivered on weekdays - including Saturdays.

Monday to Friday: If the order is placed before 2:00 p.m., your package will be shipped the same day. After 2:00 p.m., it will be shipped the next day. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: Your order will be shipped the next Monday or the day after the holiday(s). General Return Policy

For returns, the item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the goods, complete, unused, and unwashed, in the original packaging.

Where do you ship to?

We ship within Germany, to Austria, and to Switzerland.

Which courier service will deliver my package?

Shipping is done via DHL.

Do you deliver to packing stations?

We are happy to deliver your package to a DHL packing station.

Returns How does the return process work? What do I need to do?

You can exchange your pillowcase as long as the hygiene seal has not been damaged, meaning the item is unopened. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept items that have already been opened.

If you want to return your goods, contact us by email at service@dermasleep.com. You will then receive a free shipping label for the return. Then simply take the package to the parcel shop - that's it.

You will receive a refund of the purchase price via the original payment method shortly after the return has arrived with us.

I ordered the wrong size cover. Can I exchange the item?

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. Please return the incorrect item to us as a return, and order the desired item again normally through the shop.
